if he called mid lane after pick hero its ok+ he won the -roll.
but if he called mid without pick the hero then he stole your mid lane

when venge called mid, silencer was alrdy at t3 mid tower/raxes, which makes it kinda obvious that he wanted to lane mid.
maybe it was not 100% clear (he couldve headed to mid to put the wards and then go elsewhere), but you found out after talking to each other. rolling for mid sounded like a good deal:

venge did not respect your pretty obvious mid movement, but you did not respect your gentlemens agreement you agreed with him upon. now banning any of you for this would be an overstatement and wont bring back some lost elo points; create a new smurf, who cares. next time talking politely with each other would help finding the lane setup for the team. no bans needed, dont take this shit too serious and get over it.
